We are seeking a reliable and professional Parcel Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. This role involves safely transporting packages to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Have your own car or man
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to residential and commercial locations
- Load and unload packages
- Ensure accurate delivery by verifying addresses and package details
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Handle heavy lifting of packages, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Complete all required documentation and delivery logs accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Have your own car or man
- Valid driver’s license a standard driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Experience in warehouse operations or warehouse experience is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual moving of packages safely
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery services is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move packages throughout the shift
