The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and driven to provide customers with a positive vehicle-buying experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help customers identify vehicles that suit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, technology, and performance benefits
- Conduct vehicle test drives while providing knowledgeable product guidance
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle models, inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support a smooth purchasing experience
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is considered an asset, but is not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
