Job description:
We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
**Duties:**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, amenity rooms, break rooms and Parking lots
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations. Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Additional pay:
Schedule:
- Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week, Multiple sites
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Requirment:
- **Driver's licence is a must**
Language:
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
