Our Ideal Candidate
- Capable of tutoring two or more of the following subject areas for G8 to G12 students: Math, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English, Social Studies, or academic contest preparation courses.
- Passionate about teaching, energetic, and able to inspire students with positivity.
- Skilled at making learning enjoyable, motivating students, and encouraging them to stay engaged.
- Results-driven, with the belief that all students can achieve success.
- Well-organized, reliable, consistent, and confident.
- Experienced in working with high school students (ages 13–18) and managing classrooms.
- Able to collaborate with colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to program development during meetings.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a background and/or deep knowledge of the B.C. Secondary School Curriculum or AP Curriculum.
- A completed degree or expected completion within one year.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Availability of at least 12 hours per week.
- Own a laptop and internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- A quiet and private working environment.
