About the clinic
Aroused Medical Clinic specialises in men's sexual health and performance medicine. We offer evidence-based treatments including the P-Shot (platelet-rich plasma therapy), penile Botox (Bocox/Growtox) for length enhancement, and dermal filler procedures for girth augmentation.
This is a growing, high-demand speciality practice. Our patients are motivated, results-oriented men seeking clinical expertise delivered with professionalism and discretion. We are expanding our clinical team and looking for a skilled injector who is ready to work in a specialised and rewarding environment.
The role
You will be the primary clinical injector delivering our core treatment menu. You bring the injection skills and the clinical confidence. We provide full training on our specialised protocols — P-Shot, Bocox/Growtox, and filler for girth — so prior experience with these specific treatments is not required.
What is required is comfort working in men's sexual health, a professional and discreet clinical manner, and at least 2 years of hands-on filler and/or Botox injection experience in any setting.
What you will do
- Deliver P-Shot (PRP) treatments under established clinical protocols
- Perform penile Botox injections for the Growtox and Bocox procedures
- Administer dermal filler for girth enhancement procedures
- Conduct patient consultations — assess candidacy, set expectations, obtain informed consent
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all regulatory requirements
- Contribute to a professional, discreet, and patient-centred clinic environment
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team on scheduling, patient follow-up, and outcomes tracking
What we require
All of the following are required — no exceptions:
- Active license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN), or Medical Doctor (MD/DO)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injection experience — Botox, dermal fillers, or PRP in any clinical setting
- Comfort and professionalism working in men's sexual health and with male intimate anatomy — this is a non-negotiable aspect of the role
- Strong patient communication skills — consultations, consent discussions, and managing expectations are a core part of every appointment
- Detail-oriented, safety-first clinical mindset — you follow protocols precisely and document thoroughly
- Willingness to be trained on our specialised protocols — we pay for your full training in penile filler, Botox (Bocox/Growtox), and P-Shot. No prior experience with these specific treatments is required. What is required is a minimum of 2 years of verifiable Botox and/or filler experience in any clinical setting, with at least 1 year of hands-on dermal filler work specifically. We will verify references.
Assets — not required but valued
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine, sexual health, or urology-adjacent practice
- Experience with PRP preparation and injection
- Existing patient consultation and conversion skills
- Comfort with a commission-based earnings component — strong performers earn significantly above base
