Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, renovation, and restoration tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and related tasks with precision.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure durability and weatherproofing of structures.
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in demolition, site preparation, and cleanup activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Construction experience with a focus on masonry, restoration, or renovation projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials for sealing applications.
- Experience working with schematics for machinery or systems troubleshooting is a plus.
