Full-Time Pharmacy Manager - $156K–$166K Salary - Signing Bonus + Relocation Support - Permanent Role
We're looking for a licensed pharmacist to step into a full-time Pharmacy Manager position at a well supported community pharmacy in Northern Ontario. This is a permanent leadership opportunity for a pharmacist who wants stability, strong compensation and a well-staffed environment where patient care is the priority.
The Role
As Pharmacy Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations while also staying actively involved in clinical care and patient counselling. This is a busy but well-supported pharmacy with strong workflow systems already in place.
You'll have the autonomy to lead the pharmacy while working alongside an experienced team that helps keep operations running smoothly.
Position: Pharmacy Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)
Start Date: July 2
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dispensing System: Kroll
Prescription Volume
- Up to 200 prescriptions per day
- Overlapping pharmacist coverage
- Full pharmacy assistant support
Compensation & Package
- $70-$78 Hourly rate
- Signing bonus negotiable
- Relocation assistance negotiable

- RRSP program
- Licensing and insurance fees reimbursed
