A large BC based Automotive Group is seeking an energetic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our dealership’s sales operations with enthusiasm and strategic insight.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire sales team to success, drive high-end vehicle sales, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with extensive dealership and sales management experience, ready to motivate teams, develop relationships, and elevate our brand presence in the automotive marketplace.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Automotive Sales Manager.
Duties
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and support upselling opportunities effectively
- Complete daily game plan meetings with every Sales Consultant & hold team accountable
- Lead and train Sales Team on process and inventory
- Review daily appointments were met and follow up with customers for feedback with strong close to sale
- Monitor the sales floor and lot, to ensure all customers are welcomed by of the Sales Team
- Have full knowledge of our product, including all vehicles on the lot, products and services offered by our Fixed Operations Team
- Motivate Sales Team to provide excellent customer service daily
- Be precise with information
- Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
- Be able to crush goals
- Be ready to be a part of a championship team
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Strong time management skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
Requirements
- Have a minimum 5+ years experience in Automotive Sales Management
- PBS Knowledge is considered a key asset
- Have a proven track record leading teams
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software, and inventory control systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
