Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper for a full-time direct hire opportunity in Burlington, ON. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, organized production and operations environment.
As a Warehouse Shipper, you will support daily warehouse operations by processing customer orders, packaging shipments, receiving incoming inventory, preparing courier documentation, and keeping the warehouse organized. You will work closely with another warehouse associate in a team-focused environment where accuracy, communication, and a willingness to learn are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against documentation.
- Pick, check, verify, and fill customer orders with strong attention to detail.
- Organize stock, maintain warehouse space, and support inventory accuracy.
- Prepare courier weigh bills and shipping documents as required.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Job type: Full-time, direct hire position.
