We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to take the lead and help drive our Sales Team to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and inspire a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Set and smash monthly sales targets for the team (and yourself!)
- Provide hands-on coaching to team members to improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Help customers find their dream ride by staying knowledgeable about all our brands and models
- Handle inventory management and work closely with leadership on ordering and floor planning
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and grow our customer base
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through every stage of the sales process
- Jump in where needed—this is a leadership role, but you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
What do you need to bring to the table?
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- A proven track record of achieving (and beating) sales goals
- A passion for motorcycles and motorsports—this isn’t just a job, it’s a lifestyle
- A valid Class 6 motorcycle license
- Strong CRM knowledge and a solid understanding of dealership operations
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
