The Role
We are hiring a full-time Data Operations Manager to lead and work within our Data department. This role reports directly to the V.P. Technology and is critical in connecting technology strategy to execution on the production floor.
This is not a sit-back management job. You will be expected to:
- Lead and develop the Data team
- Be hands-on in data processing, programming & QC
- Ensure all data is accurate, secure, and production-ready
- Manage postal sorting and optimization (Canada Post/USPS)
- Improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Work closely with Customer Service, Estimating, Production and Shipping
- Support automation and system integration initiatives
If you are looking to manage from a distance, avoid hands-on work and are not comfortable being accountable for daily output, this role is not for you.

- Strong understanding of variable data and file workflows
- Leadership experience required.

- Comfortable working on the production floor; not just behind a desk

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus
Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- Do you have experience analyzing, optimizing, and documenting workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability?
- This role requires experience with mailing standards (Canada Post/USPS) and associated software tools (e.g., iAddress, BCC Mail Manager) or equivalent certification tools. Do you have this experience?
- This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data analysis) considered an asset. Do you meet these requirements?
- Do you have experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)?
- Do you have experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation?
