Job Title: Forklift Operator

What You'll Do
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload trucks and warehouse materials.
- Safely stage, organize, and transport products within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.
- Complete inventory counts, daily logs, and shipping/receiving documentation accurately.
- Load and unload LTL and cross-dock freight in a timely manner.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
- Support general warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Must hold a valid forklift certification.
- At least 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean criminal background.
- Cross-dock, LTL, and material handling equipment experience are considered assets.
