Olive Tree Builds is hiring a Skilled Construction Labourer to support commercial fit-outs, renovations, tenant improvements, and franchise construction projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
This isn't an entry-level labour position.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, complete quality work, and help move projects forward.

What Winning Looks Like In Your First 90 Days

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Skilled Construction Labourer, you'll perform a wide variety of commercial construction work, including:
General Construction
- Commercial renovations and tenant improvements
- Site preparation
- Selective demolition
- Material handling
- Site logistics
- Supporting skilled trades when required
Skilled Construction Work
- Basic framing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Surface preparation
- Painting and finishing
- Flooring installation
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Door hardware installation
- Plumbing fixture installation
- Deficiency work
- Touch-ups
- Reading basic construction drawings
- Measuring layouts accurately
Site Operations
- Protecting existing finishes and client property
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Organizing tools and equipment
- Supporting deliveries
- Reporting shortages or damaged materials
- Identifying site issues early
- Following company safety procedures
- Representing Olive Tree Builds professionally on every project

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Experience using common hand and power tools
- Able to complete assigned work independently
- Comfortable reading basic construction drawings
- Reliable transportation
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Bonus Experience
