Lumina Nursing Professionals Inc. is an Ontario-based, nurse-led staffing agency founded by a Registered Nurse who understands what healthcare professionals truly need — flexibility, fair pay, and a team that actually picks up the phone. We place RNs, RPNs, and PSWs in LTC homes, retirement residences, and hospitals across Ontario.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Provide personal care and daily living support to residents or clients
· Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and meal support
· Observe and report changes in client condition to the nursing team
· Maintain a safe, clean and respectful care environment
· Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
· Build genuine, trusting relationships with the people in your care
WHAT YOU BRING
✓ Valid Personal Support Worker certificate from an approved Ontario college
✓ Current VSS or willingness to obtain before first placement
✓ Current CPR / First Aid certification
✓ Experience in LTC, retirement or home care setting is an asset
✓ Compassionate, patient and dedicated to high-quality person-centred care
✓ Reliable, punctual, and professional in all client interactions
