Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Partner with Real Estate leadership to support delivery of the capital portfolio through system and process solutions including network strategy, construction and lease administration.
- Support portfolio governance and reporting through system enhancements, data integrity, and process improvements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency across Real Estate teams.
- Lead, develop, and performance manage the Process Improvement, Real Estate Project Operations and Solution Support team, fostering engagement and continuous learning.
- Own vendor relationships, including managed services enhancement portfolio, contract compliance and risk management
- Prioritize and deliver the RE Tech and CI roadmap and effectively resource the tech & CI team against it
- Partner with Real Estate, IT, and external stakeholders to support business objectives and resolve issues in a timely, transparent manner.

Process Improvement
- Drive process improvement changes with a major focus on simplification and standardization of work via digital automation or workflows.
- Lead cross functional working sessions to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a prioritized delivery pipeline.
- Support project delivery through data analysis, root cause identification, and participation in governance and change activities.
- Understand business processes and engage with project teams to explore technical solutions and provide solution recommendations
- Contribute to solution strategies based on business unit needs in supporting programs and roadmaps.
Solution Support
- Oversight of all real estate applications used to execute the capital plan and real estate operations
- Technical SME and product owner for Tango, AIDI, SAP, Verisae, Tableau Reports, and SharePoint tools and reporting
- Identify functional and technical solutions to meet process/business requirements.
- Ensure the development of detailed functional, technical and operational specifications for delivery of recommended solutions.
- Ensure all documentation is created, up to date and correct before solution or changes are implemented.
- Responsible for ensuring the technology solutions team are delivering quality recommendations and products to best support of the Real Estate department.
What you have to offer:
- Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and/or Business.
- 5+ years experience in delivering end-to-end Technology related projects (must have).
- Experience in solutions and databases with emphasis on, SQL (must have).
- Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Excel advanced development (Power Query) and SharePoint Power Automate.
- Demonstrating the ability to reengineer processes to make them more efficient.
- Demonstrated experience working in project teams and delivering solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and IT project management methodologies.
- Experience with Technical Solution Mapping, Development, and Implementation.
- Managing teams.
- Ability to drive insights from large volumes of data.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Ability to leverage technology to meet business goals and requirements.
- Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement.
- Bilingualism (Eng/Fr) preferred.
