Job Summary:
Lenmark is seeking an Inventory & Asset Intake Specialist to support our inventory onboarding process. This role focuses on receiving, cleaning, documenting, photographing, and accurately processing equipment and assets into our system. A strong attention to detail is required to properly identify asset condition and ensure inventory is represented accurately for marketing and sales purposes.
This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, as well as between multiple warehouses, yards, and off-site locations as required. Mileage is reimbursed when personal vehicles are used for company business.
The role requires regular use of Android smartphones, RF scanners, computers, internal asset management software, label printers, and basic hand tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process inventory accurately through our system.
- Clean, inspect, and assess equipment condition prior to marketing and sale.
- Assign SKUs, photograph assets, create documentation, and label inventory.
- Ensure inventory onboarding procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and yard inventory.
- Travel between company locations and off-site locations as required.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify asset condition accurately.
- Comfortable using smartphones, scanners, computers, and related technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
