My realty is a professional property management company, with buildings all over Montreal.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with rental inquiries, post listings, take on-site visits and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting appropriate rental options
-Fill and follow up with rental applications
- Provide information on rental terms and conditions
- Negotiate residential lease agreements with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
Skills:
- Sales management abilities to promote rentals and upsell additional services
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers on rental terms
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends to recommend competitive rental rates

Candidate must have 2 years experience in residential apartment/condo rentals.
