About the Opportunity
MediOne Physicians is a growing network of multidisciplinary medical clinics with over 25 family physicians across the GTA.
We are seeking an Optometrist to establish and grow an independent optometry practice within our medical clinic. This is not a traditional salaried employment position. Instead, it is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Optometrist to build their own long-term practice while benefiting from a large, established referral network and the infrastructure of MediOne Physicians.
Our goal is to provide the clinical space, administrative support, marketing, and physician referrals so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care and growing your practice.

Practice Arrangement
This opportunity is structured as an independent practice partnership, not a salaried employee position.
Compensation is based on the Optometrist's own clinical practice, with flexible partnership, lease, or revenue-sharing arrangements available.
