Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain safety and orderliness
- Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Operate basic machinery or tools after proper training (if applicable)
- Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
