Responsibilities and Duties
Essential job duties include:
- Patrolling client properties and looking for issues or suspicious behaviour.
- Controlling access to properties and upholding site policies.
- Completing various reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries from the public.
- Utilizing radios, handheld devices and a variety of computer programs.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills, including working under pressure.
- Discretion when handling confidential and private information.
- Ability to pass a security clearance.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
- Flexible availability including weekends and graveyard shifts.
- Must be at least 19 years of age and have a high school diploma.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
