Customer Order & Logistics Coordinator
About the Role
We are a growing wholesale company supplying major U.S. mass-market retailers. Our customers expect professional communication, accurate documentation, and on-time deliveries.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping orders moving and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a general administrative role. You will own customer orders from the time a purchase order is received until it has shipped, been invoiced, and all documentation has been completed.

Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management
- Enter customer purchase orders accurately
- Review PO requirements and shipping deadlines
- Monitor all open customer orders
- Prioritize shipments according to required delivery dates
- Maintain accurate order records
Customer Communication
- Communicate professionally with retail buyers
- Notify customers immediately of delays or shortages
- Coordinate routing requests and shipping appointments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Build positive working relationships with customers
Shipping Coordination
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Book freight with carriers
- Prepare Bills of Lading
- Generate packing lists
- Coordinate warehouse shipping schedules
- Ensure all required retailer documentation is completed
After Shipment
- Confirm shipments have left on schedule
- Send invoices promptly after shipment
- Maintain complete shipment records
- Provide proof of shipment and tracking when required
Reporting
- Daily shipping schedule
- Open order report
- Late shipment report
- Customer communication log
Required Experience
- 3+ years in logistics, customer service, order management, or supply chain
- Experience working with purchase orders
- Experience coordinating freight shipments
- Experience using ERP or inventory software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience supplying large retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Target, Kroger, Home Depot, Lowe's or similar is considered a significant asset.

Pay: $38,637.19-$55,967.43 per year
