Metropolitan Hospitality Management is seeking a hands on, experienced Hotel General Manager or Regional General Manager to join our growing hospitality team overseeing IHG branded hotels. This is a maternity leave coverage position with the opportunity for long term growth within the company for the right candidate.
We are looking for a strong hospitality leader with IHG or Marriott brand operational experience and the ability to lead by example while building a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, servant leadership, and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing hotel operations and overall property performance
Leading and developing management teams and department leaders
Driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance
Building a positive workplace culture and team engagement
Managing labor, payroll, budgets, and operational efficiencies
Ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently achieved
Supporting recruitment, training, coaching, and accountability initiatives
Driving RevPAR, GOP, and market share growth across assigned hotels

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
Bonus: Up to 15% based on mutually agreed performance goals
Experience:
Hotel management: 5+ years (required)
Multi-property or regional leadership experience (preferred)
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management (preferred)
Experience with IHG/Marriott or similar branded hotel systems (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required)
