We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service and project outcomes.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing restoration projects from initial site inspection through completion. This role involves meeting with property owners, preparing estimates, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct site inspections for restoration projects.
- Prepare, edit, and submit project estimates.
- Communicate with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and support Project Coordinators in completing projects efficiently.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and work plans.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency restoration situations when required.

Financial & Project Accounting
- Manage project budgets and profitability.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
- Analyze project costs, margins, and revenue.
- Prepare actual cost comparisons against estimates.

Business Development
- Identify additional service opportunities for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other industry partners.
- Assist in scoping projects and preparing proposals.
- Represent ServiceMaster professionally in all client interactions.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership and team development experience.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Experience with Encircle and/or Docusketch is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards is an asset.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Split time between office and field environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in environments affected by fire, smoke, water, mold, and mildew.
- Occasional after-hours and emergency response work required

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
