Are you a dependable night owl who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a professional and welcoming environment? Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moncton is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team.
As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service during the overnight hours while completing the daily accounting and front desk responsibilities that keep our hotel running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service while resolving guest inquiries and concerns.
- Perform the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently.
- Balance daily revenue and prepare financial reports.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.
- Conduct routine property walks to ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel.
- Work closely with the management team to communicate any overnight issues.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions when necessary.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Able to work overnight shifts.
- Bilingual is an asset.
