Wage: Base wage starts at $19.54 and increases based on previous paint experience

A Union Signatory Painting Contractor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team for projects in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Opportunities may include local work, out-of-town projects, and LOA (Living Out Allowance) positions depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with industrial, commercial, and construction painting projects
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople
- Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment
- Maintain safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness
- Learn painting techniques, tools, and industry standards
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous construction experience is required – preference for previous painting experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to pass Alcohol & Drug testing requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow directions and work safely in a construction environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors when required
