We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-focused Operations Coordinator to support multiple licensed child care centres throughout the Fraser Valley.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes while still staying connected to children, educators, and families.
Every day is different. One day you may be supporting a Centre Manager, another day conducting a quality assurance visit, meeting with a family, reviewing payroll, or stepping into a classroom to support your team.
What You'll Do
Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will:
- Support the daily operations of multiple child care centres.
- Be the first point of contact for Centre Managers requiring operational support.
- Coach and mentor Centre Managers while promoting a positive team culture.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure centres meet company expectations, licensing standards, and health authority requirements.
- Complete quality assurance reviews and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational compliance and help prepare for licensing inspections.
- Review payroll for accuracy before processing.
- Follow up on operational concerns and assist in developing practical solutions.
- Support parent concerns and attend parent meetings when required.
- Coordinate and track supply orders for multiple locations.
- Assist with staffing support by covering breaks or stepping into classrooms when needed.
- Build positive relationships with educators, families, and community partners.
QualificationsRequired
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between centres
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Current First Aid Certificate

Salary (recommended for Indeed):
$28.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $39,278.29-$77,507.09 per year
