Job Overview
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and organized Dishwashers to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and supporting the kitchen's daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Dishwasher, you will play an important role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by keeping dishes, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Ensure kitchen and service areas meet cleanliness standards
- Take out garbage and recycling as required
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen items as needed
- Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
