We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman who can lead crews, maintain high standards on-site, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification utilizing there experience in SOG prep, Civil and general site works
Role Overview
As a Site Foreman, you are responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. You are the key link between the project manager, subcontractors, and on-site team.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, takes ownership of their work, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Execution
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately
- Ensure work is completed according to schedule and scope.
Quality Control
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all phases of construction
- Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively
- Ensure all work aligns with company expectations and client requirements
Scheduling & Coordination
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines
- Coordinate trades and deliveries to avoid delays or conflicts
- Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and upcoming needs
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all site safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Communication & Accountability
- Act as the main point of contact on-site
- Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders
- Take ownership of site performance and problem resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial excavation and construction
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
