As our Salon Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting the day to day success of our salon.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Helping guide daily operations and ensuring a smooth salon flow
- Managing front desk operations including bookings, client communication, and administrative tasks
- Creating a welcoming and elevated client experience from start to finish
- Supporting scheduling, staffing, and client flow needs
- Supporting retail and supply inventory, ordering, budgeting, and stock control
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and salon presentation
- Completing regular inventory counts and assisting with supply management
- Assisting with social media content creation and marketing initiatives
- Providing basic technology and system support (booking software, POS, troubleshooting)
- Supporting team communication, morale, and daily success
- Preparing documentation for team reviews and leadership meetings
- Tracking key salon metrics including rebooking, retail, utilization, and client retention
This role has a structured development pathway with increased responsibilities, training, and earning opportunities as skills are developed.
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
