Staff Plus is hiring a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our client for in a manufacturing environment in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate will be operating an WXYZ (CNC) Machine. The position is temporary and offers an opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to precision manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
Shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am
Duration: 1 - 3 months
Location: Richmond Hill
Responsibilities
- Operating an WXYZ (CNC) Machine.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce accurate parts.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CNC machinery and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Load raw materials, change tooling as required, and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
Experience
- CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality and production standards.
