We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer experiences in a professional and hygienic environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products
- Upsell retail products to enhance clients’ nail care routines and overall experience
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional environment
- Assist in retail sales by promoting salon products and packages to clients
- Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences
Requirements
- Valid state nail technician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services with professionalism and care (nice-to-have)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
