We are seeking a detail-oriented maintenance coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support and ensure efficient office and service operations. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- assure rotation schedule , and manage employees and technicians schedule
- data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants etc
- Manage phone systems and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage service calls and dispatch to proper technician with details and follow up accordingly
- open and close work orders
- manage tenant appointments and coordinate with technicians
- assist with scheduling, delivery, ordering of materials and appliances
- Perform clerical duties such as filing photocopying, and organizing documents
-prepare and organize conference room for meetings . Calendar
-responsible to make coffee , and order snacks and materials for the office .
- responsible for office organisation and cleanliness - manage office repairs and maintenance
- Support administrative tasks to streamline office processes Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative and maintenance support role
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems and experience in basic renovation - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- previous experience with dispatching
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail . Work Location: In person
