Dozlan Construction is a growing company specializing in excavation, grading, site packages throughout Ontario, Dozlan is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator and Dozer Operator that is interested in the opportunity to grow with the company.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the safe operation of various heavy construction equipment on construction sites; reporting incidents and repairs as needed
- Working as a part of a team, with the opportunity to lead and organize a small crew to meet and exceed client expectations
- Assisting with job site logistics, grade plans, blueprint reading and solving problems as needed
- Duties may also include general maintenance and visual inspection of equipment such as checking oil levels, greasing the equipment, checking for cracked metal and worn hydraulic hoses
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction
- Proven experience operating the following will be considered a strong asset: bulldozers, excavators (bulk excavation, mainline sewer), front loaders and backhoe, and skid steers
- Strong safety record and willingness to work in multiple operations (i.e. granular placement, bulk excavation, sewer and water-main construction)
- Experience working with different projects and crews, considered an asset
- Must be willing to work flexible hours mainly Monday to Friday
- A strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act will be considered an asset
