We're looking for an experienced and driven Regional Service Manager – Northern Region who thrives in a fast-paced and service-focused environment to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB. They will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of service operations throughout the Northern Region, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role provides strategic leadership for the Northern Region, with accountability for operational performance, regional profitability, customer relationships, workforce development, and safety.

The day-to-day activities of our Regional Service Manager – Northern Region will include:
- Operational Leadership – Provide strategic leadership for regional service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational consistency across multiple locations.
- Financial Leadership – Own the region's financial success by managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), optimizing operational performance, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth.
- People Leadership – Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning by coaching, mentoring, and developing Field Supervisors, technicians, and support staff while attracting and retaining top talent.
- Commitment to Safety – Lead by example to ensure safety remains at the forefront of every decision, fostering a proactive safety culture that protects employees, meets regulatory requirements, and promotes continuous improvement.
- Collaboration Mindset – Build strong working relationships across internal departments to support seamless service delivery, consistent customer experiences, and effective information flow.
- Continuous Improvement - Serve as the operational leader for the region, strengthening customer relationships, resolving complex service challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term business success.
The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing regional or multi-site service operations
- 5+ years of experience managing operational and financial performance, including budgeting and P&L
- Previous experience developing a strategic plan within a service team environment
- Previous experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, or related technical service environments is an asset
