Delivery coordinator and quality assurance (hybrid role), open availability required (including Saturdays and Sundays):

Provide excellent customer service by optimally routing deliveries of customer orders

Be the liaison between store associates and leaders, delivery and other partners, and customers

Ensure quality of service and solve potential issues related to timely deliveries, order accuracy, product quality, and customer satisfaction

Identify and close gaps within the software systems, delivery address discrepancies, processes, and expectations

Support with inbound scheduling, receiving, verification and put away

Perform customer order and loading audits

Be involved in inventory cycle counts, inventory on-hand and location movements, and corrections

Support with order picking, packing, and loading
-
Support all areas of the DC (FDC, BDC, MDO) as needed and perform other assigned tasks
