Our airport branch is one of our busiest locations, and we are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at our airport location, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving for vehicle rentals and returns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries
- Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions professionally
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicles are ready and available
- Inspect vehicles during pickup and return
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions in a courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
