This is a temporary, full-time (37.5 hours) position beginning immediately upon hire and ending in September 2027. The starting range for this position is $36.96 to $40.74.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture and departmental managers to ensure that recruitment efforts are in sync with workforce plans, fostering a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate recruiting and onboarding processes by managing updates to our careers page and various job postings, conducting candidate pre-screening, coordinating interviews, and overseeing intake forms and procedures.
- Take charge of organizing and overseeing the organization's involvement in job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events, managing logistics, scheduling, and promotional activities to attract potential candidates.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on talent acquisition and workforce planning, offering guidance and assistance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and optimizing workforce efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in developing employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to showcase the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and client partners to craft comprehensive job descriptions and competency profiles that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of open positions.
- Collaborate with department leaders and client partners to assess current and future staffing requirements based on business goals and growth projections.
- Develop and maintain workforce metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive organizational success.
- Conduct thorough analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, leveraging insights to enhance recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
- Collaborate on change management initiatives and reorganizations, offering valuable insights into workforce impacts and proposing solutions to ensure smooth transitions and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Maintain and build strong relationships and presence to ensure sharing and understanding of best practices.
- Stays up to date on local office communications, vendor updates, legislative changes and identifies potential impacts on Talent system or business processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience using HRMS systems supplemented, with system support and upgrade experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills required, specifically within Excel demonstrating strength in sorting, navigating, and analyzing large sets of data, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent and workforce planning strategies.
