We are hiring experienced General Laborers and Heavy General Laborers to perform demolition, debris removal, material handling, general labour work, and ongoing site cleanup. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Demolition: various areas of the building, including bulkheads, walls, tiles, etc.
- Debris removal
- General construction labor and material handling
- Ongoing site cleanup
- Move, lift, and organize construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all site safety rules and procedures
- Follow instructions provided during orientations and on site
Requirements:
- CSTS 2020 certification (required)
- WHMIS (required)
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials safely
- Previous construction experience is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
