We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the Fraser Valley. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong teams, and knows how to balance exceptional client service with operational excellence.
You’ll oversee both:
- Helpdesk & Reactive Support Operations
- Infrastructure Projects & Technical Delivery
This role is ideal for a leader who understands MSP operations, enjoys coaching teams, improving systems, and driving accountability across service delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForService Delivery Leadership
- Oversee daily service operations across support and project teams
- Ensure tickets are prioritized, assigned, and progressing efficiently
- Maintain strong SLA performance and response times
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues
- Partner closely with dispatch and technical teams to optimize workflow and utilization
Project & Technical Oversight
- Support successful delivery of infrastructure and client projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and technical execution
- Work closely with Solutions Architects and senior technical staff
- Help maintain clear separation between support work and scoped project work
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical team members
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching conversations, and performance reviews
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Support onboarding, training, and team development initiatives
Operational Excellence
- Improve processes, documentation, and service standards
- Monitor reporting, utilization, billing accuracy, and service metrics
- Support capacity planning and operational scalability
- Drive continuous improvement across the service organization
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- MSP or IT Service Delivery leadership experience
- Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and project delivery
- Experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with PSA systems such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, or similar platforms
- Strong operational and organizational skills
