Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a skilled and motivated Fabricator for our client specializing in custom steel and glass fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is comfortable working with both steel and glass materials in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and install steel and glass components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cutting, grinding, polishing, and fitting of materials
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling when required
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience in fabrication, metal work, or glass installation preferred
- Comfortable working with steel and glass materials
- Ability to read measuring tools and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Welding experience is considered an asset
