What You’ll Be Doing
- Review customer drawings and specifications
- Prepare shop packages, BOMs, and production documentation
- Support quoting and estimating
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and vendors
- Help improve workflow, efficiency, and manufacturing processes
- Work closely with laser cutting, forming, welding, and assembly departments
- Assist with production planning and job tracking
- Support quality control and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate directly with customers when required
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering background
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with SolidWorks or CAD software is an asset
- Sheet metal fabrication experience is an asset

Competitive compensation based on experience and capability.
Pay: $55,933.78-$108,660.27 per year
