Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb and House Cleaner to join our team. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, offices, or commercial spaces according to established standards
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces
- Bed making and laundry
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues
- Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, industrial cleaning, or custodial work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and safety protocols
**Must have a reliable vehicle. All cleaning supplies will be supplied.
**Must be available for weekends and on call, last minute availability.
**Cleaning jobs will be between Belleville and Napanee/ Hay Bay Area.
