Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, contracts, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to civil law disputes.
- Analyze case facts, develop legal strategies, and advise clients on their rights and options.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting civil litigation.
Requirements
- Valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in civil law cases, including litigation and negotiation.
- Proficiency with LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms.
- Excellent research skills combined with strong writing abilities for drafting legal documents.
- Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ interests successfully.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Pay: $200.00-$250.00 per hour
