The shifts we are hiring for Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2:00-8:30 .We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, speed, and attention to detail to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
