Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our retail team. Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, offering assistance with product selection and usage
- Demonstrate products through engaging demos to educate customers on features and benefits
- Assist customers with technical questions related to vaping devices and accessories
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure an attractive store environment
- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with stock organization
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Follow store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and health & safety protocols
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales, especially within technology or product demos environment
- Knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and related technology sales preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills for merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone
