JOB OVERVIEW
As an Aerospace Operations Specialist, you will support critical aircraft engine integration and kitting activities that keep production moving safely and on schedule. You will coordinate day‑to‑day workflows, collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams, and ensure compliance with aviation safety and airworthiness requirements in a fast‑paced MRO environment.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Execution

Coordinate and lead day‑to‑day aerospace integration and kitting operations to support aircraft engine production schedules

Ensure execution aligns with integration plans, priorities, and operational requirements

Adapt workflows quickly to changing production and material demands in a production‑driven environment
Process & Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to improve integration, kitting, and material flow processes

Drive and support the implementation of standardized methods that improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery timelines
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Act as the primary operational interface between Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Production teams

Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers regarding material availability and integration readiness
Safety & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to airworthiness, safety, and regulatory requirements

Maintain operational discipline within a regulated aerospace and engine MRO environment
Qualifications:

Experience with aircraft engine MRO operations, including Strip, Repair, and Build cycles

Strong understanding of material flow and logistics processes (purchasing, repair, exchanges, kitting, inventory control)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, production‑driven environment

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset

Comfortable working in bilingual environments (English & French)

Proficiency with MS Office and business productivity tools
