THE ROLE: COMMERCIAL ROOFER
You’ll be installing, repairing, and leading work on major commercial & industrial roofing systems across the Sea to Sky corridor or lower mainland BC— SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, metal and more.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Installing and repairing TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS, Torch-on, and BUR systems
- Working on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship, clean job sites, and safe practices
- Supporting foremen and superintendents with smooth project execution
- Following our systems and contributing to a strong team culture
- Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
- Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
- Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
- Repair roofing systems
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Starting Wages: $36.60 – $42 per hour
Hours: At least 30 hours per week

- Solve problems on the fly and stay calm under pressure
- Represent our company with professionalism during client walkthroughs and inspections
- Know how to keep a jobsite safe, productive, and efficient
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
- 3+ years in commercial roofing (mandatory)
- Education not required
- Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO) is an asset
- Red Seal (Roofer, Damp & Waterproofer) is an asset
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
- Comfortable working at heights
- Functional in English — written & verbal
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is an asset
- Able to complete paperwork and site documentation accurately
