Skilled Construction Worker – Residential Construction

Wil-Con Projects Inc. is looking to hire a reliable and skilled construction worker to join our residential construction team in the Timiskaming District. We are looking for someone with hands-on construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and works safely and well in a team environment.
Job Duties
- Residential renovations and new construction
- Framing, siding, roofing, and finishing work
- General carpentry and construction tasks
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting with site preparation and maintaining good housekeeping on-site
- Working independently and with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SAFELY
- MAINTAIN GOOD WORK ETHIC AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
- Good problem solving skills
- Previous residential construction experience
- Experience with carpentry and general contracting considered an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Able to work at heights
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
