Responsibilities

- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Help with food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Package baked items for display or delivery while maintaining presentation quality
- Maintain organization of ingredients, tools, and workstations to promote a smooth kitchen operation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of all pastry items
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, baking processes, and cake decorating is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential
