Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured items effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, store policies, and product benefits
Skills

- Previous experience in customer service and/or retail sales is preferred, especially involving higher end product
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is essential
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for transactions and inventory management
